There are many anti-virus programs. I use norton 2007, but still some viruses seem to be getting through it. I auto-update everyday so I'd of thought non would get through but they do. Is there a way of preventing this and what is the best recommended anti-virus?

AVG is free, and works good! Ialso run it with Advanced Windows Care beta3, which is also free and is truly awesome! Norton is a rip off, wait til you try to get rid of it, it's very hard to get out of your system took me almost a week and I know what I'm doing! Good Luck!!! tdemex

I personally believe that any internet security is not a guaranty that one cannot be breached. Threats are continuously evolving and theres no sign of slowing down. If these IS and AV are so effective then malwares should have been wiped out a long time a go. We should help this tools too to be completely secure by employing safe web practices. Be discriminate to sites we visit, don't fall for internet traps, update always and keep up with the latest security issues.
