I will try to brief here but here is my situation.Several years ago I developed symptoms of multiple sclerosis.I had been working a good job for 8 years that required enough lifting and carrying boxes and stuff that I was quite active and was able to keep a fairly nice shape. When I got sick at 1st it was just a sever imbalance,it was so bad that after trying hard to keep working I had to stat home.Things got worse for a time I lost a lot of feeling on my left side and my eyes lost focus often. For 9 months I spent all my time on the couch unless I had no choice.I went to countless doctors and tried many medications.gradually I got better though they never figured out what it was. After being on the couch for so long I put a lot of weight on in my belly.I have been left with permanent nerve damage that still makes it impossible for me to walk any distance,if I get heated up from exercise or the temperature My symptoms get worse. What kind of exercise or thoughts do any of you have that could help me to she some of this weight.I am not a junk food eater at all however I do eat a bit more then I should. Jas
