well, I have been visiting at my mother's now for 3 weeks. She has a library down the road from her that has a single computer and high speed internet. I decided that as often as I could I would get down there for a few minutes and wipe out as many unresolved discussions as I could. I think I must have cleared at least 500 maybe even more.... Well now I only have 3 pages left with -0- responses... so *whew* that is out of the way, it feels good. With my sloooooooooooow dial-up it would have taken me months to accomplish!

Good for you!!!! I'm so glad you have computer access, even if it's a public computer. I don't even HAVE te internet at home, so I've had to move into the local coffeeshop, with my laptop. LOL They have wireless in here, and I love it!

That's a good idea. I wonder if I should do that? Maybe when I catch up. I have a discussion of mine to leave comments at that has over 70 responses...that will keep me busy.

Hey, good for you! I've been doing the same thing over the past three days. Using my time online after midnight to clear up unresolved discussions. It's been slow going. I think there are a thousand or more unresolved from when I first joined a year ago I didn't know we were supposed to mark best response when I first started. And, now I have tons of work to do! It's lots of fun though. I get to go over old posts and relive some good times. Be well! Best wishes for a bright and happy week.

Wow. I bet that feels great getting all that done so quickly. There is no way I would be able to deal with dial-up here. I do a ton of work online and basically need cable internet just to be able to sign on here. I love it! Glad you go so much accomplished is such a short period of time!

Congratulations! I have Hughes net and i swear there are times when i get disgusted with it because it seems slow, after i remind myself of how slow dial-up was i feel better. But boy are you gonna be spoilt now! LOL
