Pounding, thumping, throbbing headaches - they are best to avoid at all costs. Read on for tips on keeping headaches out of your life.
Step1
Avoid eyestrain by working in a well-lit environment and wearing glasses or contact lenses, if necessary.
Step2
Sleep the number of hours you need to feel rested and alert.
Step3
Work at an ergonomically correct workstation. Stretch frequently if your job requires you to remain seated for long periods of time.
Step4
Get your teeth checked regularly. Periodic headaches may be linked to a dental problem.
Step5
Watch what you eat.Chocolate, wine and aged cheeses can trigger headaches.
Step6
Avoid very cold food and beverages.
Step7
Manage your stress. Learn stress management techniques, get into an exercise program, or try yoga or meditation.
Step8
Delegate work to others to reduce stress.
Step9
Ventilate your home and workplace.
Step10
Take care of allergies and sinus infections.
Step11
Drink at least eight glasses of water or other fluids a day to ward off dehydration.

Good tips dude.
Additionally I'll get headache when I attempt to play a 3 d game in computer. When the screen images rotate, I feel the some rotational sensation and within minutes I get headache.
I do not play any 3D games and also I close my eyes when I see such an scene in movies. I cant tolerate such a rotation scene anywhere.

Well said...I do have migraine attacks from time to time, and I must admit it no ordinary headache. It is often triggered when I have exams or when I read too much. Like what you said, my doctor advised me to refrain from eating chocolates (which is really difficult for me) and cheeses.
Have a great day!
