best mac and cheese recipe

does anybody have a killer mac and cheese recipe? it's on of my favorite dish but I can't seem to make a really mean one.

Well my family adds a lot of curry to everything. However, I don't think we've put any on mac and cheese yet. I think it will most likely taste amazing. Also try adding a bit of Cajun powder to spice it up a little. I think mac and cheese tastes better when it's cooked on top of the stove, rather than baked.
