Do you think mylot should have a spellchecker?

I know that i would find it vey useful if there was a spellchecker on mylot. As i am a terrible speller. I always try to spellcheck my discussions or my responses but mistakes still slip through.
Or i will ask my 16 year son to correct my spelling and grammar as he is a great speller.
It was my son that gave me this idea as he asked why does mylot not have a spellchecker?.
Do you think they should have a spellchecker on here?

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
I don't think I am a bad speller, but as you say, mistakes will slip by. Also my spelling is faster than my fingers sometimes and that can cause problems too!
It would also make for easier reading if spellings were correct, and in the case of those who do not have English as a first language, I imagine it would be a great help. By the way, to those who are not English speaking, hats off to all of you - you do really well to get your message across - I know I wouldn't be able to even attempt to speak your languages.

I use foxfire as my internet explorer so I have a spell check but sometimes I get the word so misspelled that I confuse the checker. Foxfire underlines misspelled words in red so they really stand out.

That is helpful when the words are underlined at least you know what words are wrong. Thanks for your reply.

I very often make stupid typo mistakes which I realize only after hitting the submit button. If there was a spellchecker this would not have happened. Yes even I wish there was a spell checker here!

I think spellcheck is a great idea. Same as you,I have to ask my son how to spell some words. I use to be a good speller but I have been out of school for 25 years.
