i am very curious to how they recruit new people .. what methodology they use.. and why do they use that.. for you guys who works in a office. how did you get accepted in that office? have you been rejected before? what do you feel?

I rejected several times so when ever i got rejected , then i learned from them so i didn't any angry with them so try to build my skills what they are expecting from me but now i am somewhat good in the all the corners.

really? have you been rejected because of all those thing? what kind of company is it? i think it could only relevan to SPG only
