How do you know when you have hit rock bottom?

I don't think I've ever hit rock bottom, but I'm sure I've been close. What would be rock bottom for you. For me it would be losing my income, losing my rental house, my family, pets, and then my friends. I couldn't imagine life with out any of them so I feel that would be rock bottom for me.

Rock bottom for me would be to loose any of my close family, I could live without everything else in life just not them that mean so much to me because they can never be replaced or re gained, once they have gone they have gone.
It is not nice to think that one day they will be gone however I know that when they do my life will change alot and that for me will be when I hit rock bottom.

reaching real rock bottom would be for me loving a gurl so much and then losing her. It made me crazy for 3 months.
