How does it work? I know you right reviews and get points for them. After a 1000 points they pay you but I do not see a link that says payout. I do not want to waste my time if Im not going to get payed. Do they just pay? How does it work?

This site has search bar you have to search about any site then write a review on it.Review should be minimum 50 characters.Quality of review should be good.Well I have not paid by them till today hope they will pay me tommorow.
Now this site seems to be suspicious because they are decreasing their rate day by day.Also they have reduce about 300 points when I request payout.It's 3 days over after requesting payout.
