how to concentrate on any topic

how to concentrate on any topic or any business idea or you can say anything is art and very few person knows it. but unfortunately i m not one of them i m kind of person who could not concentrate on any topic in one sec. my minds chages i dont know what to do with this i have seen people who decide something and work on it untill it finish but i dont know how it possible..your opinion needed.
