Do you believe those testimonials?

You see alot of testimonials on sites like PTC, or pharmacy sites or whatnot. It just makes you wonder if they are really true. Like if the guy didn't just rip off a photo off google, put a name on it and a phone number and all the other info, and BOOM! a testimonial!
