War on Terror Death Toll?

I believe the war was justified, that the USA went to war to do what they planned, remove Sadaam from power because he had WMDs outlawed by the UN and was an imminant threat to the USA and the world in general. After the deposition and execution of Hussein, the USA was compelled to stay and find the WMDs, keep them out of terrorist hands and help the Iraqis who now had no president, to rebuild their government. There we are still, but making progress toward those ends.
