i don't drink water if i can help it,i just don't like it.i drink ice tea or some kind of juice but thats me,although water is great for the body to much to soon to often can deplete the body of important electrolytes so don't go overboard.look up water intoxication.

I drink 2 glasses each meal and maybe 1 in the middle of each meal. I think I drink water enough. Too much of anything is bad for you and my doctor always says that too much water is not good too because it'll drown your system (I don't know how to explain it the way he did). Anyhow, the basic number of glasses needed depends on the weight and body mass of a person. You should check that too before drinking too much. =)

It's important to know that water does NOT 'carry the fat out'! Fat is insoluble in water, so it cannot do that directly. Exercise burns the fat in the muscles by converting it into the sugars that the muscles need. Energy produces heat and water is needed both in sweating (to regulate the body temperature) and also to transport the appropriate sugars and salts to the muscles and carry away the (toxic) by-products of muscle use. All weight loss involves using up more energy than we take in as food. Water is, of course, essential to the process in that sense.
