Starting a discussion???

I have sort of become addicted to mylot. My problem is, when i want to start a discussion I have to go through this loooooong list of interests to find the one that i want to fit my discussion in, and by the time i find it I have forgotten what i wanted to post. lol Is there any way that I can do this without having to go through the headache of searching through fields of interests? Better yet is there anyway that I can alphabetize my interests so that i can go straight to that certain one? Thanks :-)
