last day, win xp, windows

Hey guys i bet most of you have seen the latest news from yahoo. Xp will only be sold until Monday, June 30. well one of the best operating system that i had and still using right now. i can still remember the first os that i've installed on my 486 dx2 computer. windows 3.11 workgroup. windows 95, 97 wasn't really a big hit here in the Philippines. Then came windows 98. I also love that os. i've tried installing the ME and 2000 but i was disappointed and went back to 98. then finally when i got my computer upgraded a few years ago i switched to xp. still can't upgrade to vista right now coz my computer will not be able to meet the requirements yet. and besides there are yet so many glitches to be found with vista. maybe i'll upgrade to vista next year. lol

You have used pc before long time, i refuse why you are disappoint for win2k, win2k is very good, although MS already haven't support, it's good for working, not playing. I don't like winme, it appears less time only because winme is so bad. I consider the winxp is the best up to now, i don't want upgrad to vista, it is not better than xp, i love xp!

the reason i don't like win 2k is because of compatibility issue with my internal dial-up modem before. for some reason it's not compatible. i love win xp too. but i guess someday all of us will need to upgrade to vista because of compatibility issues required by future softwares to come.

I also like XP and I used it, in our computers here for such a long too. But when we finally decided to network (LAN), all computers were downgraded to Win2K. Our administrator said that this is the most powerful OS in networking in terms of security and reliability. I don't mind about vista. I have a friend who is so problematic with that OS...
