i SIGNED A PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND PUT DOWN A 20% DEPOSIT ON TYHE PROPERTY AT tIERRA dEL SOL rESORTOrlando Florida.I have been hearing from other investors that the developer is now wishing to reissue new agreements at a higher price .Is this legal .Can the de veloper do this

I would check your agreement and read the fine print very carefully. Unless he put in some sort of clause that says he can change the terms or conditions at will then I do not think this is legal.
