why are we ever anxious?

I was wondering about anxiety and whether it is necessary. Looking back, I am amazed at how sometimes I become anxious over something that was definitely coming my way. I just learned that our wish for a quick tomorrow is a wish to move nearer to the grave. This other observation has been helpful in the sense that what must come to be MUST COME TO BE. We can't change what will be, or can we? What is important is the now. But do you think we can change what the cosmos has ordained? CAN WE?

I use to manage anxiety, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle anxiety.

Anxiety is overloading the mind with multiple thoughts or pressures, that the mind or brain cannot able to withstand..so we burst out in anxiety and tension.
