hi friends! im suffering 4m tis problem for many yeras.i request you to suggest a remedy for this so that i can control my hair loss. ive been suffering 4m dandruff for the past few years. ive tried various shampoos consulted doctors 4 tis problem but no cure has happened. hwat is the best way 2 cure tis....

A lot of times people don't realize that dandruff can be caused by diet, and hair loss can too. Look into what you're eating and drinking. Try to change a few things so you're eating healthier. It may help. Even if it doesn't, you'll feel better overall because of a good diet. Good luck!
