I sent an email to Mylot 3 weeks ago.I wanted to know why they didn't just delete the responses from a discussion that had a referral link in them instead of deleting the whole discussion.
Their response was that they delete discussions the start with a referral link.I a response has a referral link in it,they just delete the response thread.
I'm pretty sure they delete the entire discussion if it has a link in it in any way. What has been your experience?

I have conacted them twice.
First one was for earnings issues. My earnings weren't updated for 2 days and they replied I think after a week when it was resolved.I don't know by them or was it by itself.
I have contacted them once again 3 weeks ago.Still no response from them.

I thought the whole discussion was deleted. Hence all the begging by original poster telling others not to leave referral links for fear of deletion. Its great if they only delete response now. Great idea you had.

oneidmnster I think that they just delete the whole thing as I have lost ten pointsin a row sometimes from answering some of those discussions so have learned not to respond at all. I want my points as I need that money. lol.

I have never noticed one way or the other.. I normally don't pay any attention to the ones with a referral link in them.. I am not interested in being a referral for anyone else, so I just ignore the ones talking about their links. I will be interested in seeing what everyone else has to say about htis subject.. Have a great evening..

I think they used to delete the whole thing, but recently someone posted that they noticed that they had started a discussion where someone else posted a link and only the response with a link was deleted.
They probably realized that everyone was being penalized for the screw up of one and decided to do what was more fair.

I thought they had been deleting the whole discussion, but I could be wrong. I haven't had a discussion deleted yet but I know that I have lost comment counts here and there and just assumed a discussion had been wiped out.
It would be better if they just deleted the comment with the link :)
