my 2wire cannot work...
it is "off"
we check the connections but they are all ok, any ideas?
please help me!!!!
i want internet to be back home!!!

Have you tried plugging it in another socket? Try another appliance or device first then plug the modem in afterwards to make sure there isn't some damage on it.
