I am mad with the kids on my blocks of houses!! Why do they have to handle things that arent theirs???? I live in an upstairs maisonette and we have a balcony so that you can walk to all the upstairs houses. The kids sometimes ride their cars/scooters on this balcony which doesnt bother me even though hey have a big yard to play in on the ground floor. They also tend to play outside my front door bwhich does annoy me but I stay quiet. I went outside earlier as I was dropping a cake round to my boyfriends brother and found out that my pink and red flowers had both been ripped out of the plant box and thrown over the balcony. My point is that I dont know which kids did this so cant have a word with their parents, I also cant prove that the kids did this (not that adults would!!) I went down and picked them up and have planted them back in the plant box but they no longer have their petals due to mishandling!!! Not happy!!!!

I am really sorry about your plants, sometimes kids can be such little horrors even if their parents are strict on them they can be horrors. But by the sounds of it the kids where you are run a bit wild. I would probably not say anything either even if I knew who the parents are, some of them can be funny about being told their kids have been naughty! Where I live just down the road there are a lot of bungalows where old people live. Over the course of the last year they have come together as a community and planted flowers and all sorts of lovely flowers. It is a real pleasure to walk down there and see all the beautiful flowers, I was taking the kids to school the other morning and the kids were really upset to see that someone had pulled a load of the flowers out of the pots and thrown them all over the pavement. I used this as an opportunity to explain that some children are not as nice as they are. They wanted to pick all the plants up and replant them for the ladies but we had to get to school but I thought it was a nice thought.

I now have suspects but still havent said anything to the parents. I went to my kitchen to get some snacks and the kids came along the front and one of them said "Look more flowers" and pointed to my poor excuse of flowers so I went to the front door and opened it. I did say to them leave the flowers alone. They ended up chatting to me about how they were literally sharing them skate shoes. The two boys had one each on and the girl had the boys shoes on!!! The girl did ask me if I was having a f a g and then started shouting to the people passing by, so yeah they do run wild!!!Im glad to hear that your children wanted to tidy the flowers up, you can send them round to my house to nurture my flowers and maybe they will start to bloom!!!Thanks for your response x
