Weather changes and Drowsiness

There seems a realtionship between the increase or decrease in atmospheric pressure and drowsiness. Perhaps any activity or agent that would equalize the air pressure with equilibrium pressure of our body would promote a better feeling. Useful remedies for drowsiness: drinking lots of water/fruit juices, jogging, swimming, diving, laughter, massage, change of sleeping position (or bed) etc. Tell us how you get rid of drowsiness... so we'll all have better and more quality time :)
