How to get a free com/net/org account?

I have been maintaining a website which contains various ways to make money. But sometimes I face a problem editing that site. The main problem with that site is that it is not search engine friendly. Which means there will be no visitor for my page. Till now I only get 50-85 visitors daily. Sometimes less.
So I was wondering is there any site that gives a "FREE" .com or .net or .org account? Which is also visible in search engines.
Please note that I don't know anything about web design. So I need a site that gives me the ready made materials.

You can't find free domain names, you have to buy it for yourself. The one you're talking about just like co.cc. That is not a domain, it's just a redirection to make you long URL make into short. Anyways, there are lots of sites who sell domain names and hosting plans so better to post more in mylot so that you'll reached your payout and buy your own domain. haha.
