No Stress with a Regular practice of the Yoga

Can you feel the difference? I personally started to learn abdominal regsporation on Wii Fit and indeed it makes me feel better!

yes dear i fully agree with this..i am hardly stressed and yoga gives me lot of energy and and flexiblity to my body..i do pranayams and asanas alternate does make a lot of difference..have a nice day...Healthy Living

I'll practice more with my Wii coach :)
