Ancient Goddesses - line drawing of 3 Goddesses

I found a website about a year ago that has become a regular weekly stop for me. It's http://www.sacred-texts.com/ The people who run this site have no religious or political agenda. They simply offer their site as a library of texts regarding numerous religions and philosophies from the extremely ancient to modern. You read them as they are, the website does not re-translate or attempt to confirm the translations of any of the texts. Some are well known books others are very obscure and would be almost impossible to find elsewhere. I'm sure some of you already know about it but for those who don't I hope some of you will find it as fascinating and worthwhile as I do.

Thanks for the link my friend I will send it to my son he is into reading this kind of stuff. He does not believe in God nor the Devil but he has several bibles and different religious books. He does have a fascination with the writings.

hey craftcatcher thank you so much for this link. I do like to prowl sites just as this, that do not add to or have a hidden agenda for posting the word. It so helps so much to have the words unedited for people who are seeking truth and would like to educate themselves with what the real word said.

Thanks for sharing this link. I am always open to learning about other religions, and am not deeply faithful in any one theology. YOu can learn a lot about cultures by learning their religions. Thanks for being open minded and sharing this link with us.

Thanks ever craftcatcher for the heads up about this site..this is definitely up my alley and I've bookmarked it. You might be interested in this site to. It runs on the same principle as the Sacred Text Archive, but has texts by metaphysical or New Thought writers and you can read a lot of their work on-line here http://newthoughtlibrary.com/about.htm
