does your company has done EOS? what is your employee satisfaction rating in your company? do you think EOS is important to be conducted in a company?

Yes, we do but it was rare. It was done around twice only in the 2 and a half years that I stayed. It is really important since the employees are the actual work force behind the business. It is also ample time to give attention to what the employees need. Not everything can be given though but most are considered. It is then up to the decision makers how to go about with the response from the survey. There will definitely be some weird responses but there may be a point when someone can make a difference in the company. It also makes the employee feel open and that their opinions are being heard and not neglected. this is a chance for them as well to say their pieces. Take care!

Very good follow up question! No it actually didn't. The rest of the management team just came up with "excuses". (sigh) Majority won. The agents lost.

ha2 it's just the same as mine.. actually management said that they've done many thing accordance to the EOS result.. next month there will be another EOS conducted. hope they will implement all suggestion from employee this time

My Company has EOS and is conducted every year. I see people participating in the survey, but do not express their opinion 100% frankly. Most of the comments they submit are standard and safeguarding, and a few people do dare so voice up, but that does not brings about much change in the organisation. I guess all comanies have some or the other scope for improvement and EOS is a best tool for this. employees should put in their genuine opinions in EOS without fear

really? i think every year for EOS is too fast. do you think EOS is really an effective way to obtain employee opinion? since you response doesn't reflect significant changes in your company. does your company condut EOS by itself? or hire independent consultant to do it?

Hi Yes my office conduct the employee opinion survey every year. EOS is important and there should provision for the employees to give their opinion frankly.

wow 1 a year? isn't it too fast? is there any result from the eos that has been implemented? what do you think personally of your company conducting EOS?
