Is corruptions increasing all over the world

There are much problems in many places and it is seen in our place that even a save guarding police is in the hands of corruptions, even the present judiciary too and in news many times it has been known that increase in the corrupted police and other rule safe guarding authorities. Even the court is not able depend purely for justice. May be I hope soon the rule will be in the hands of rich and mafia, may be indirectly they are even ruling in many places even now. May be justice for all is vanishing.

It seems to me that the human race is getting more and more competatie, as society "advances." One of the problems with our modern soiety is that in creating more opportunities for growth, more opportuniies to expand, we ae also creating more greed, and more things for which citizens will compete. It's not enough to earn an income the honest way, people now think that MORE is better than MORAL.
I am not talking about religious morality, I'm talkig about honesty, and the golden rule. Do unto others as you'd hae them do unto you.
