Qualities in an Ideal Student..

I was the worst student..never liked to study..i always thought how i can become a ideal student..Now my time is passed but may be suggestions provided by you may help me to make my child a ideal student..
So what you think what are some of the good qualities in an ideal student???
Only studying or anything else??

This is not about mental strenth.. this is about qualities of an ideal student..how participating in extra curricular activities will make me ideal student.. suppose i take participation in one sports like football and totally ignore my studies..so from which angle i am an ideal student..

Well, you are not the worst.
I think you just pay much attention to the part that is not good when compared to others. It's really very hard for you to understand yourself fully, why not go and ask your teacher and classmates?
About good qualities and ideal student. I think there's no ideal student because being an ideal student means that you must live others' expectations. And different people really have varied expectations. So there's no ideal student.
About good quality i think honesty is enough. Play to your strengths.
Being honest, and play to your strengths, that's gonna make you better.
