I do believe that an important skill to achieve success in life is learning how to respond to feedback from people around us.
Positive feedback is a gift and negative feedback might be a nightmare.
Based on my own experience of getting a negative feedback . I just take it and I challenge myself. However , eventthough it caused me pain- I take all of them as a tool to help me imporove the business , my working environment and my relationships to all concern.
How about to my fellow mylotters how do you deal with it??

I handle a negative feedback base on the person who is also giving me a feedback. If that person is somebody who I know is giving me the feedback because he/ she is concerned about me, then I take it positively, but if I know a person is just giving me a feedback because they will use it for their own purpose wel, thanks anyway, I wont react but I also wont consider it.

Its nice to get positive feedback all the time but you can't please everybody we need to accept whatever negative things they would comment for us.Like you i take it as a challenge and it give me strenght not to give for my dreams and one day i will prove to them that they were wrong of what they said about me.

Hi dorothy09! I take negative remarks or feedback well even though I believe theres no such things positive criticisms or anything. If I do receive a negative feedback from one person I make sure that I will reply to a postiive one.
