I have a set of really good headphones and mic that's giving me trouble. I keep getting the message that 'the USB device is incompartible..' 
In the past, I have been able to switch it around to another USB port or done a reboot with the device attached but this does not seem to solve the issue anymore.
Any ideas/advice to solve this?
