Second Thoughts?

I know that if I had the chance to do certain things in my life over again knowing what I know now of course I would do things differently. I would no doubt do them better. I would not make the same mistakes I made the first time. I have regrets about wasting time, making wrong decisions, picking wrong people to have in my life. But unfortunately we are not given a second chance to do things right so we have to live with the choices that we made the first time.

Strangely enough, I really don't regret a thing. Those things I did that were successful were successful. The mistakes I make were also sucessful, because I learned from them.

Not often, but sometimes i do. I think every one does. Personally I don't dwell much on those thoughts since there is no point, it's done already. I might keep some in mind in case a similar situation happens and I might want to rethink my position in a different way than what I did before. Having second thoughts about some decision we make can mean we are not too happy with the outcome, but doesn't necessarily mean that we have regrets. We might even be thinking about how it would have turned if we had taken a different path without really wanting to change our first choice. I don't usually regret things I've done or decided. They're done and if they didn't come out the way i wanted or expected they were at least a nice learning tool for next time around - do remember we tend to learn best from our own mistakes :)

Oh yes I do all the time. That is why my biggest enemy is myself. I cannot make up my mind and when I do it usually is wrong, so regret it. Just like I regret leaving my last job. I miss it. Only if there was a second chance in life and decision making too.

It would be best to think it wisely before doing a certain decision. But we come to a point to make a decision instantly depending on the situation and the second thought is not needed or will not be required that time, thus, after that, we come to a point to think whether we have done a great decision or not. Just in case what we have decided is wrong then, for me I will take it as a lesson learned and I will be aware of such the next time. Yet, for me every decision I have made is great for me and I will stick to that whatever happen.
