Do you receive vists from Ghost

Ever since I was a little girl I was able to feel the presents of spirits. I also get prementions, and feel spirits as they are leaving this earth. Yet the visits of spirits or the supernatural have been very mild. My deceast grandmother has visited me and my deceast father and so on. usually the spirit is very friendly and I feel protected. but it wasn't until recently the visits started to be daily and much stronger. before I wasn't able to hear them and now I do... On morning my husband and I slept in because we had a doctors appointment later that day. and for some reason I wasn't able to fall back alseep after waking to use the restroom. so I laid on stomach and let my arm hang off the bed. All of a shudden i herd a growling ahhh noise coming towards me really fast. it felt so strange and weird. I tried to get up to look and see what that was, just to make sure it wasn't the TV but when I tried to get up my body was compressed down. I started to feel as though I couldn't breath. So I started to scream out for my husband who was right next to me. the funny thing is I can hear my self screaming but it wasnt coming out of my mouth. I was able to kick my foot a little and tap his foot but he didn't move. so I started to call out bibical scriptures to rebuke what ever it was upon me and after 30 seconds of feeling as though I was going to die the spirit lifted off of me and went away... after that I get visits every morning I went to my pastor and I have bless oil, I have bless water and articles... but the spirit seems to come everyday now. it wasn't as strong as before but its still there. My faith is strong and I know it cannot hurt me but its starting to affect my sleeping paterns has any of you gone through this or known of any one who has if so please let me know what you did thanks
