Whoa what happened with the colors?

I was happy with the nice and easy-on-the-eyes grey/white color that myLot was using... nothing fancy but again not harsh on the eyes... great for someone who is on here all the time. Now there is this bright blue lines and orange buttons... OMG... please tell me this is a test and this is not the color scheme they are staying with....
Better yet how about different skins for users so they can pick what color scheme they want.
Better even yet how about allowing users to pick whatever colors they want to use...
What do you think of this new color scheme?Thanks

I was thinking that there might be a bit of eye strain from the blue lines at first, but I think I'll get used to it if it stays. I like the way the similar discussions are on the side, I hate it when I get to a discussion that I know has a similar discussion that I want to go read and then have to wade all the way to the bottom of the page to get to them. I think that's all the changes that were made wasn't it? Besides the orange buttons. I think that those are les functional and more purely cosmetic.

There are changes still going on... the orange buttons changed colors now it is just an underline (much better, the colors were hard to see when you moused over them)... they are trying some things out and seeing how we the members like them.
Some say the old design was boring
and others say the new design is hard on the eyes 
but we'll see what they end up with.

I don't actually mind it at all. I like how it looks and it's so refreshing but it would be cool if we could choose our own colors.

I think it would be cool to be able to pick out own colors. I don't have a problem with the colors they are using now but I do have to not look to long at the colors otherwise they do tend to hurt the eyes a bit.

Well, as you have probably noticed, they just did an update again, and it is still the White background. I sometimes wish we could have a less brighter color than white here for our Background for sure. It would be nice if there was a way to change it here if we wanted to for sure. But I also noticed they went back to more of the old style again as well, so now we have to get used to everything here again as well.

I personally wouldn't have chosen the blue and orange but I suppose it could be worse. I do think it would be fun if we could choose our own color schemes.

I am 100% behind the skins... kinda like what my.yahoo.com does. I think that would be so cool... and then when I did get tired of the colors I could change them... really really good idea that myLot needs to look into doing.

They are going to make more changes yet... they have to... the top part is still gray and the bottom is blue and orange... it doesn't make sense. I would recommend they go one way or another or again allow us to skin the site to the colors of our choice that would be so awesome
