Do you spend a lot of time out side? Do you use sunscreen? If you do, what spf? I spend a lot of time at work, outside. I never where sunscreen, don't even think about it til I get burned. I know I should but never remember. How about you?

well nowadays most of them say u have to wear sunscreen everytime, even when u r at home, due to the light from the lamps at home. so i wear it everyday after i take bath, and in the evening too. ofcourse when i go out i make it a point to wear sunscreen. recently i also heard tht v shud apply lots, just a few drops is not enuf. i thnk protecting the skin is very imp. so u shud surely apply a sunscreen daily,

There are times we spend a fair amount of time outside. We put sunscreen on. My hubby and daughter have fairly white skin. My husband burns easily. So it has been a easy thing to remember to put sunscreen on after seeing his neck turn lobster red. Not a pretty or comfortable sight.

I walk a lot and so i am outside 4-5 days a day for 40, 30 and 20 minutes at a time. I started to get sun burned! it came on slowly.. every day i noticed myself getting darker and then i started to feel like i was getting sunburn so i had to start wearing sunscreen. Now I put it on every morning before I go on my 40 minute walk. I have to be careful what i use on my skin because its so sensitive but luckily i've found a few that i can use. We have LOADS of sunscreen of different brands just laying around the house and the one i am using right now is the winn-dixie brand and 50 spf. it also says its water and sweat proof. which is good because i get super sweaty from my walk lol

Hey, I wear sunscreen every time I go out. This is not only to protect myself from getting sunburn but also the anti-aging effect and brown spots in the long run. In Australia, the UV is strong even if it is a cloudy day so we were advised to apply sunscreen with spf 30+ along with UVA and UVB protection. I always remember to put sunscreen on because I use moisturizer with all these sunscreen features. I am currently using Olay spf 30+ moisturizing lotion. I've started a discussion about sunscreen ages ago. http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1546199.aspx

I generally apply a sunscreen when i go out to protect my skin from tanning. I dont remember what spf it is. I think even you should take care of your skin.

When I am in Arizona I spend most of the day outside in the pool or in the hot tub. The first time I was down there, I burn to a toasty crisp!!! I use a lot of sunscrrn now when I am in Arizona. I don't use it so much when I am in Ontario, because I'm not outside hat ote, and the sun's not quite as bright.

hi, i don't work outside, the only time i have exposure to sunlight is the period i walk from home to the bus station, which is only 5 minutes away and the period that i walk from the bus stop to my office which is 10 minutes. But this short period of time is enough. To shield from sunlight is actually avoiding the UV, UV spoils our skin and prompts its aging, that's why i use SPF product all year round.
