These are a few of my favorite words......
I was just responding to a different discussion and in it was a word that he said he likes to say. This made me think of all of the words I like to say. These are just a few:
Persnickety, caucus, indicative, telephony, topography, dictophone.
Some words I hate:
no, shut up, sucks, and some terrible words used to portray a female body part.

wow these are certainly big words to me. to be truthful, i only know four out of the six of them. the first two really had me stuck. care to share what they actually mean?
i have different favourite words at different times. sometimes when i'm talking a word will struck me as interesting. i'll keep using that word in every sentence possible until i get tired of saying it. then another word will become my favourite word of the moment. fickle ain't I?

thanks so much, now i'll know what these words mean. at least i won't be stumped when someone uses it in a conversation. i sure can find ways to use the word persnickety. i'm surrounded by people like this. in fact, i myself am persnickety in certain things.
as for caucus,i'm not too sure if that's what's used here where i am. i know they have party meetings but i'm too disinterested to find out what they call it. ;p
