HARD WORK Vs SMART WORK

Well madhan i prefer smart work over hard work,because when you do hard work you find only 24 hours a day but when you do smart work you you will find more than 24 hours.Lets say a person who do all on himself is a hard worker and earn single digit or at maximum double digit income.But a smart worker will have referrals under him and will share his success with them and make them feel good so that they will start working for him unknowingly.So if you are a hard worker you tend to be an employee and if you like smart work you will become Business man.Cheers MOIN.
