I had got online to check mylot and see what was going on and my 2 year old wanted to sit on my lap so i let him, no biggie.. he does this often.
He was sitting there looking at the computer with me and next thing i know his head bobs forward, i look and he's asleep!
I think to myself How wonderful it is to know you are so comfortable that your kids can just fall asleep on you just like that. I can sit on the couch and he can sit with me and in no time he will be out. That is the best feeling in the world.
Along with seeing the smiling faces and hearing the i love you mommy from time to time.:)
My boys are sweet, caring, helpful (even when i dont need help) and always always always give me a smile even when they are sad or mad.
Even tho my 3 can drive me bananas sometimes I wouldnt trade them for the world. They are the best thing that could ever happend to me.
I love love love.. Being a Mommy!!:)

What an awesome post, SwtJenlove. I'm with you on this one. There is nothing in the world that compares with being a mom - not being a published author, a public speaker, or even a wife. (Sorry hubby.
)
My son is 24 now, so we survived the second terrible twos tha boys have (between 14 1/2 and 16). With each stage of his life (and mine), we grow into another awesome part of the mom and son relationship. I still wouldn't give up being a mommy for anything in the world either.
Now I wonder...if I'll ever get to be a grandma.
"They" say that's pretty wonderful too.

Thanks for the best response.
As I re-read your post, I grinned at the computer. (Does anyone else do that? It's a bit weird, I guess.) Cherish those moments. They're only young for a short while. The other stages are good, but when they're young and vulnerable, they love you the most, I think.

You have some wonderful kids, Jen, and I'm not just saying that because they're my grandkids.
They are so lucky to have such a loving, attentive mother...and father, too, so give yourself a big pat on the back for being a great mom!

Wow nice to know that you're also happy of being a mommy, you know what motherhood is the best role of being a woman. I can see myself to you of being a proud mommy. It is usually happens to me also the same thing when you are at the front of the computer and one of my kids fell asleep while I was doing updating my mylot. It is true, really that having a kids is the best thing happen to us. I had already five kids ages 6 yrs girl, 4 yrs old boy and my 3 yrs old triplet baby girl, i feel i was sometimes in the orphanage because of that ages. I am exhausted when they arguing because of the toy. although it's a tough role to handle this kind of situation i still feel i was blessed of having them. And I could definitely say like you've said.. They are the best thing happen to me..Happy motherhood.....Good Luck
