Does clicking form somewhere else affect my bux sites?

My computer is not booting. So ihad been coming out to an internet cafe to surf the internet. And I do click of my bux sites from here. Does clicking form a other IP adress affect my balance or ststs ofmy accounts? Will my clicks be classified invalid?
I've signed up for these programs form my home's IP adress.

This is a very good question. When I went on vacation for one week I thought about logging on but didnt want to lose my account. I think each site has their own set of rules in TOS. I could be wrong but I think our username is identified by our IP address which means whatever computer you signed up with is the computer you have to use. If this is not the case, oh happy day, cause I am going on vacation again real soon.
