How to remove ban on a mylot user??

I have a friend, who is a mylot user... He used to post quality discussions... and had done well within few weeks..... he used to be very active on mylot...
About 2 days past that i dint see any of his posts... I went to check his profile.. and came to know...
Someone reported him as abuse.... for no good reason...
...
And now that friend of mine cannot post any discussion, response, comment, send message and not even contact mylot.... He is not even sure whether he is banned....
Does anyone know how to remove ban on a mylot user????
I would really like to helm him out...

MyLot don't really "Ban" users, they just disable users from posting.
This happened on my other account about a year ago before I came back to MyLot. I'm not sure what the MyLot rules are because there don't seem to be moderators or staff watching in the discussions.

Hey! I am somewhat new myself still, but I really don't know if they even "un-ban" someone from posting and stuff. I think I know who you are talking about, because I also had a friend who got banned in the past week, and I used to respond to his discussions all the time because they were so good! So I definitely miss seeing his posts! When I found out he was banned I wrote him a message of support telling him how much I'd miss his discussions and all. I really wish I could help too, but there's probably not much that can be done once people report a person and then mylot decides to follow through with the ban. But I am hoping that it's not a permanent ban, because he did post some great discussions!
