Recommend a Good Handsfree Bluetooth Device for My Phone

I have a Motorola phone and I need to get a Hands-free Bluetooth device for my phone for driving since that law just passed out here. Here's what I need: 1. Must not go inside ear, near ear is okay, but not inside... clipping onto my ear is fine as long as it doesn't have to have a thing poking inside, this is the most important thing as I need to be able to hear while driving 2. Allows me to still dial using the phone rather than voice activation if I'd rather do that 3. Cheap if possible, but really the 1st requirement is of most importance here, I suppose I could do without the 2nd and 3rd Is there anything like that out there? I haven't been able to find it yet and thought maybe someone here has one like that that they can recommend.
