I don't know one off hand, but since you are pregnant you should not make any changes to your diet without consulting your doctor. Next time you have an appointment, ask your OBGYN about changing your diet, they should be able to send you to a nutritionst to help you make food decisions that fit your needs.

Why are you trying to lose weight while pregnant? Have you consulted your doctor to see whether that is healthy? He or she would probably find a better diet for you than an anonymous person here.
