Wine and Cheese...

Okay... polishing off a bottle of semi-dry white wine all by myself. As many of you know my husband is deployed right now and I'm feeling a bit like I needed to do this for myself. Nothing helps more than a good block of extra sharp cheese and a bottle of wine. But they say different cheeses go with different wines. personally I only like to eat extra sharp cheese slices extra thin (it tastes better that way). But what cheese do you eat with your wine? Or do you not eat cheese at all. Or are you a beer drinker??? I like beer but wasn't in the mood tonight. My husband's cousin's own a winery so we really got into it. I think beer makes me feel refreshed and cooler and wine is for feeling warm and cozy. What are your thoughts... Forgive me I think I had too much wine...
