The problem with those types of breads is that for the most part they are white bread (bleached white flour) that then has a sprinkling of grains on top. I prefer to make my own bread and then I know I am eating a whole wheat bread and then whatever I want to put on top of the bread is what I want there... and I know what kind of nutrition I am getting. If you are eating it 'cause it is good then that is OK; if you are eating it 'cause you think it's healthy... check the label and make sure.... Thanks Zelo

It sounds good. I am not usually a fan of bread like that, but when prepared right (on a sandwich full of yummy meats and vegetables etc.) or toasted, I don't mind it at all. I it's hat healhy, why not go for it? Thanks for saring this tip with us. I'll have to try it sometime.

There is absolutely nothing that beats fresh homemade bread. Whenever I made it for the kids, the whole loaf would be gone in one sitting.
