Back 2 School clothes shopping

I go clothes shopping for my 9 children the day before school starts back again as we can buy all the bargains then and save pennies.

Luckily for me my sons both wear uniforms to school, they come in through this company afiliated with the school. All I have to do is make sure what sizes they are wearing and send them in. I am expecting to get them sometime this week, as soon as they call me and let me know when they have arrived. I will still go out soon and get them some new things to wear outside of school at home and when there out with their friends.

My kids are grown, but I have a granddaughter that is 10 years old. I always buy her some school cloths .I have not done it yet. She does not need any, she has so many cloths already, but you know kids always like to have a few new outfits to start out the new year with.

My daughter is pretty much set. One of my best friends has 6 daughters. So we had to purchase a few pieces. And we are still in the market for a good winter coat. Other than that, all done. I tend to purchase a bit throughout the year, so I don't rush later.

For my girls' b-days we went shopping for clothes. Their gifts from us this year were the clothes (and 1 fun thing). I haven't officially started school shopping just yet. But plan on it very soon. I want to be ahead this year rather than wait til last minute like normal.

My husband's bonus check should be coming in soon, and we'll be doing the shopping with that. We don't really get much. I buy shoes, socks, underwear, and supplies at Walmart, then they may get 1 new outfit from Walmart. Then the rest of the clothes I buy 2nd hand to save money. My kids go through clothes pretty quick anyways, so no sense in spending too much money on brand new.

I don't go all out for school shopping. My kids have lots of clothes, so we go threw them and see what they need. I always buy the boys 5 new shirts~ usually t-shirt type because that is what they like, and 2 new pair of jeans. They all just got new shoes, so we are good for now with shoes. My daughter has grown so tall since last year she really needs more. I will probalby start off with just a few items until after school starts and more sales come up.
