If a train station...

A friend just popped up this question to me: If a train station is a place where the train stops, what is a work station? The obvious answer based on the analogy is, of course, a work station is a place where work stops. Do we feel that way? Sometimes that joke is true especially when the work gets mundane and boring. So are you bored at work? Do you believe that the work station is a place where work stops? Make sure the boss is not looking over when you type the response. ;O)

I'd rather look at it the other way. A train station is also a place where a train starts. I would try and find ways to make my job interesting so that I do not get sucked into that mundane and boring feeling.

You are a good person. You see the better side in a rather boring job. I can't say the same for myself. I can't seem to stop thinking how my job has gotten so boring ;O) By the way, where are you working and what do you do? ;O)
