Trials.....

Zelly I have had my share of hardships and heartbreaks and I still had to sail through for living is what matters most. Living with a cause, the way we want to live - I am living my life to the fullest now. Thanks.

you are certainly right...trials are here to test us and to say that God is with us.. He is really and certainly here for us.. and when we are down, surely, we can depend on His strength to pull us up...

There are many trials and struggles in my family life. I have been through so much and told the lord I could not take anymore. He sees me through everything though. I know that we sure do not deserve alot of the pain that we go through in life but I am a firm believer that everything hasppens for a reason even if it hurts us for a while. God always gives us the strangth to get though it all. I am nothing without him in my life.

Very true. Sometimes, though, I think I need a better bat for those curve balls.

this is a good reminder especially today when there are so many preaching the 'prosperity gospel'. My husband and I were just talking the other day about how many people actually have jonied churches that preach this, that if you believe in God you will become very rich. i guess people just believe what their itching ears want to hear. We felt that the only thing certain in the christian walk if you are truly a christian, are trials and persecution because we are in the world but not of it. let's hold fast to the faith we profess, and not think that life is plain sailing after becoming christians. :) He never said there'd be no rain, just a heart full of singing about the things that once brought pain. :)
