Do u often meet bad bus drivers?

:( i meet bad bus drivers nearly everyday since a am a commuter. It's rather usual to see a person run all the way to catch a bus and he/ she ,sometimes an old man,already touches the door of the bus, but the drivers won't open the door though they see him and they only get the bus on very very slow move! Why can't they be kind to people is beyond my understanding. or maybe this is the only privilage they have got, after working hours, they are nobody!
