First solar eclipse in 2 years!

On friday Aug 1 there will be a total solar eclipse and I am going to miss it!! I haven't seen one since I was in 4th grade living in FL. I still remember that day and have wanted to see one since then. This one will be too far north for me to see it unfortuantly. Hopefully one day I will get to see another one.
Have you ever seen a Total eclipse? Do you remember where you were when you saw it?

Hiya Erilyn, I am going to sound like a complete ignoramus now, but is a solar eclipse the sun or the moon?
I tried to email you the other day, did you get it or have I totally sent it to the wrong person AGAIN!!!!

Heya Gemini!! No I didn't get the email, and you are not an ignoramus at all. Solar eclipse is the sun and a lunar eclipse is the moon. It is more common actually to see a lunar eclipse. A solar eclipse is when the moon passes in front of the sun. A lunar eclipse is when the shadow of the earth passes in front of the moon. If that helps any lol.

Oh no not a stalker!!! I hope that sending me an email will get you another stalker hun. I would feel really really bad! I have a stalker at work. This guy comes in all the time several times a day when I am working. I told him he needed to leave me alone before I had him banned from the store lol. I haven't seen him in the last couple of days so lets hope lol.

I hope that does not mean I have sent it to the wrong person again! I did that before and ended up being stalked for a while! I have seen a sun eclipse before but it was quite a few years ago now.
