I am a very emotional person. When I am in bad mood,I will always use my mood to affect others. I know this is a very bad personality but I just cannot help myself. I try many times to change but some how I fail to do so. When I am angry or moody,I will simply throw temper to others around me or I just don't talk to them. Sometimes I can be very rude to others in the ways I talk. My boyfriend always become the victim of my bad mood. What can I do about this? How can I make myself change? Please give some advices.

Yes it does, especially if they are pushy and I am really not in the mood for that..but I think I would be a bit different if the others were more temperate also..because not just once has it happened to me that other people around me are in a bad mood, and I had to understand them, and tolerate it,and try not to annoy them more..and try to listen to their problems and help them release the anger..but when it comes to me nobody cares that it's just a moment thing, and they expect me to get over my feelings and act normal...and that is not fair, they could try and understand me too, as I did with them... and if they tried to understand me I would be more understanding also..that goes for my boyfriend too, he doesn't see these details

In relationship, a bad mood affects everything and everybody in the house-even your own pet can tell that you are not in the right mood and like everybody else in they home, they live you alone-moods are infectous!
