Ever had your carpets professionaly steam cleaned?..

I have an ex-friend more like a fiend but they were running a professional cleaning business and I got to see one of there tricks, clean in short strokes at a 45 degree angle it puts a really nice finish to the carpet if you have decent length pile and it shows two tones doing strokes in such a manner about two feet long in small rooms you might be able to do 3 feet long in larger rooms, go in straight lines with angled strokes, very effective and professional looking. Carpet cleaning, steam cleaning or vacuuming use the same technique and your room will not only be and feel clean it will look clean. Do it yourself and pocket the cash or give it to a good helper and worker.

Nope. They need it though. At some point I'm going to have to buy a home carpet cleaner and do it myself. Our apartment manager told me that we are only allowed to have it professionally done and that it's like $100 a room. I don't see that happening. I'll either buy my own or wait till I can b/c I'm not paying all that. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

Hi MikesWifey, We have not tried that so far..But, if ever I will in the future I will not continue with my transactions if there are surprises fee, It should be fix and final the moment we are negotiating!

Hi I have recently called in a pro to clean my carpets. The only added fee was tax. The carpets came out very nice, however keep in mind that most will NOT move your furniture, so if you want under the table legs cleaned, under the sofa.. be prepared to move these items yourself. I had 2 rooms done and it was aprox 129.00 I think the quote was 99.00, but add tax. Double check, ask questions, there is no harm in being prepared! GOOD LUCK!
